Benedict Anderson pernah menjelaskan konsep <i>imagined community,<\/i> bahwa bangsa sesungguhnya dibangun oleh imajinasi kolektif yang dipelihara melalui simbol, bahasa, cerita, dan budaya. Musik nasional, sastra, dan karya seni memiliki kekuatan besar untuk membangun rasa kebangsaan. Di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan fragmentasi sosial saat ini, penguatan identitas kebangsaan menjadi sangat penting.
